Shipping & Return Policy
AromaValley ships from Portugal to all around the world.
Shipping costs are directly calculated by the courier company. We do not add any additional charge for shipping & handling. Charges are calculated by weight and destination. If you want to avoid shipping charges all together, AromaValley offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?
We aim to have products mailed out for shipment within a maximum of 2 business days for Domestic & International orders. After the order was placed. Domestic orders usually takes 3-5 business days & 3-10 days for European orders & 5-25 days for non European orders to be delivered at your address. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched including your tracking information.
Also, When the shipment is already in Transit the customer cannot cancel the shipment. You can place a cancellation request through our mail at email@example.com and one of our customer representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours for your concern.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns (Domestic & International) and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us before returning or exchanging any products. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days for Domestic & 10 to 15 days for International), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
